Job Description

We are seeking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets to ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Job Responsibilities

Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Develops and conceptualizes comprehensive UI/UX design strategies and ideas, using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, etc., for the brand
Designs graphic user interface elements and tools, like navigation menus, tabs, search boxes, and widgets
Tests UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
Prepares and presents rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identifies and troubleshoots UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Job Requirements

First Degree from a reputable higher institution
Minimum of 3 years work experience as UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
