Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited – Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking to hire young, vibrant individuals to join our Sales team and drive sales for our existing and emerging skincare products in the position below:
Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Locations: Cross River , Benin – Edo, Enugu, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose

Ideal employee will be primarily responsible for driving the products across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

Maintaining solid relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by engaging with customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products
Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
Supervising market activations and promotions
Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
Develop, implement, and monitor route plans for van sales representative
Report daily sales performances to Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Degree
Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / HND
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience

Salary and Perks

N104,000 (Monthly Gross).
HMO + Pension + Career growth / Progression + Proximity.
