Job Title: Social Media Manager

Develop engaging and innovative content to promote product-focused solutions and increase brand visibility.
Promote and sell company products, manage all social media platforms, provide, recommendations on additional services and or retail products that would maximize customer satisfaction.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
Interacting, booking, and confirming appointments with returning and prospective customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
Setting key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns, such as a target for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPI’sFind influencers on Instagram, contact them and negotiate with them to take part in Instagram Live interviews, influence their followers for our brand, become our affiliates that you will host and present.
Responsible for all the social media presence of our e-commerce brand; create engaging and interactive contents, respond to interactions
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Lead engagement and interactions within the learning support communities
Analyze the effectiveness of our engagement and social media campaigns, to identify the next set of activities
Support or co-create initiatives to foster discussion and knowledge-sharing for the learning support community
Managing live chats and online comments
Manage all community groups such as Telegram, whatsapp etc
Plan and manage our social media platforms.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Interested candidate should possess SSCE /OND /HND /BSc qualification
1 – 3 years experience in content writing, social media management, public relations, Graphic and video designs.
He/She must be a people’s person with great interpersonal and communication skills.
He/She must be able to develop ‘WOW’ communication and marketing strategies.
He/She must be willing to support women development and empowerment in the beauty space.
He/She must have created an Instagram reel before.
You should know that:
This isn't an entry-level role. You need to have at least 3+ years of experience in handling social media accounts with a goal towards business growth.
This role is beyond posting on social media, you would need to be able to put together content strategy and calendar to use social media for e-commerce sales.
N35,000 – N120,000 monthly
