Job Description
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the organization in line with the corporate objectives and goals
Contributes to overarching community management strategy & comes up with new ideas about how to improve things
Develop content for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, Reels and TikTok to drive adoption of the RedCloud Marketplace and Digital Payment Apps
Plan and direct online marketing campaigns to improve lead generation, drive brand reach and top-of-mind awareness
B2B lead nurturing to improve new business sign-ups and win-loss ratio
Post, maintain and respond to all engagement on social media platforms, and use social listening tools to improve brand love
Design and create engaging and SEO-friendly contents for the company’s website, email marketing and social media accounts, using tolls like Canva, Affinity Design, and Mail Chimp.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, Digital PR, brand reach
Conduct research on keywords, hashtags, themes, topics and online media opportunities that may benefit the company.
Requirements
What you should have:
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience in managing and growing social media channels, demonstrating creativity in content and engagement.
Demonstrated passion for start-up Ecosystem in Africa
Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
Ability to pay attention to details, along with a creative mind.
Develop team working skills to collaborate with various departments and work in alignment with them.
