Job Title: Site Engagement Manager
Location: Lagos
DescriptionÂ
We are looking for a Site Engagement Manager with the experience necessary to be responsible for the coordination of all culture activities to maximize engagement & participation.
The role will also involve supporting site visits from local and international guests, management & organization of the office employee experience including administration duties & procedures, and the coordination of the site project support and business continuity events.
The role will operate within the Business Services unit under the Country Manager and be based in either Bulgaria, Nigeria, Rwanda, or the USA.
Responsibilities
Act as local point of contact for culture programs planning and coordinating in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, client site visits, celebrations, town halls and conferences.
Support crews to deliver local Giving Back, DEI, and Ambassador events.
Manage branded merchandise for specific cultural events.
Pursue innovative approaches to maximize employee participation.
Facilitate local buddy and local recognition programs.
Coordinate onboarding kits for NEO, including procuring & managing related inventory.
Log, track, and escalate facilities issues, overseeing break fix issues and related initiatives with the goal of ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
For priority global projects which impact site culture, contribute to implementation and support brand/global communications at the local level.
Assist guests, preparing meeting rooms (refreshments, stationery and technology), restocking and organizing clean-up between meetings, preparing welcome gifts, coordinating catering orders/deliveries, and updating and printing agendas/documents.
Provide logistical support for guests including transport booking, arranging airport transfers and movement within the city.
Organizing meals and activities during visits.
In preparation for visits, liaise with cleaning, facility maintenance, and IT staff to ensure everything is working properly such as internet, electrical outlets, and building and floor access.your IT career with us.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines.
