Job Summary

Our client is looking to hire a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for helping the company meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating lead generation.

Job Description

Drive results leveraging existing relationships within corporates and other national entities to drive opportunities.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics, awarded deals and closed deals to meet or exceed company goals.
Wear multiple hats: we're looking for a business development leader who can work a sales deal from start to finish.
Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
Gather market feedback and help set the strategic direction of the business.
Partner with Marketing to achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline for the team.
Manage rigorous processes for deal management and forecasting.
Provide transparent and candid feedback and ask for the same in return.
Mobilize sales agent in different cities to deliver sales targets.
Work closely with product/marketing teams to prepare sales presentations and other collateral that proactively and effectively address the questions and concerns of prospective customers.
Partner with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless Sales to Service transition.
Manage doctors and hospitals; relationships.
Represent the company at appropriate industry conferences and meetings.


5+ Years of management experience in healthcare.
6+ Years of experience within sales and business development.
Experienced sales manager with ready to convert contacts in corporates and hospitals.
A team builder and can build a sales team from scratch to becoming a force.
An agile team-player who thrives in fast-paced environments,
An expert in sales presentation; someone who loves the art of selling.
Experienced in meeting sales target in the healthcare arena.
