Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

Responsible for generating leads through marketing activities and converting those leads to sales opportunities.
He / she will be primarily responsible for driving all revenue generation initiatives.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
He or she must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
4 years minimum experience as a Sales professional in the real estate industry/financial institutions,(Banks, insurance company e.t.c).
A Second class lower (2.2) minimum grade.
Be proactive, able to identify opportunities and take the initiative to harness them
Excellent communication skills(Both verbally and written).

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / Month plus other Incentives.
