We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales & Customer Engagement Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
Deal and help resolve any customer complaints
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Cross sell other products and services of the company
Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
Credit customers upon payment confirmation.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 1 year of experience.
Salary
N900,000 – N1,100,000 Annually.
