We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, develop and direct Marketing strategy for all products, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media for OTC Brands.
Create marketing tactics and strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
Drive new product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
Train field staff & conduct cycle/briefing meetings twice a year
Create and manage promotional items to establish and maintain product branding
Manage marketing budget for advertising and promotional items for all brands.
Have an in-depth knowledge of competitors and customer insights analysis
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on individual product sales & marketing
Ensure data is used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
Ability to develop & execute Marketing Strategy
In-depth understanding of Media Channels& ability to maintain Client Relationships.
