Job Title: QAQC Field Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose

Will be directly involved in post-metering resolution in the respective business unit. Assisting QAQC Supervisor in the post-metering activities.

Role Accountabilities

Ensure all quality checks of field metering activities for the Business Units.
Part responsibility for commercial loss reduction as related to metering.
Prepare Weekly plans based on quality oversights and exception escalations.
Ensure investigation of customer metering complaints assigned and provide technical comments on various investigations.
Ensure the resolution of all technical and non-technical issues relating to the customer metering/complaint within 72 hours of escalation.
Overall responsibility and control for the quality of metering.
Escalation of issues to relevant teams which include BU Vigilance Teams, QAQC Surveillance Team, and Others.
Weekly Performance reporting.
Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance by the subcontractors/MSPs/MAPs/NMD reps at the various BUs.
Responsible for the collation and evaluation of the survey/installation quality.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards on all metering initiatives.
Check for consistency in survey/installation and reporting.
Comply with Quality Management System / Occupation Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
Carry out any other duties as requested by superior officers in line with the agreed work process or SLAs.

Minimum Requirements

First Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Requires 0 – 3 years post qualification experience.
Proven understanding of electric circuit diagrams
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Metering experience

Remuneration
N99,000 Monthly.
