Job Purpose

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect is responsible for developing customer specific solutions and designing complex technical integrations with enterprise clients.
This is a critical role in helping the sales teams optimize and achieve their business objectives.

We Do The Right Things – Responsibilities of the Role

Work in close coordination with the Enterprise Sales team (i.e. Commercial Managers) to manage customer opportunities from presale discovery to customer success handoff.
Lead Chat Commerce technical engagements with clients and internal teams (Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success teams).
Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentations and client demos.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs as well as client technical queries relating to Clickatell’s offerings.
Identify potential client opportunities, recommend product improvements and develop best practice application of Clickatell solutions.
Positively impact revenue, closure rates and other key sales performance metrics.
Create solutions leveraging Clickatell capabilities to address customer needs.
Develop strong and professional relationships with stakeholders in a bid to delivering excellent customer experiences.


Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering).
Broad-based professional with 10+ years of relevant experience in business transformation and consumer journey design and development.
Knowledge of and experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs and Communication Protocols.
Excellent communication skills that convey information succinctly, professionally and in an engaging manner.
Problem-solving skills, logical thinking and analytical abilities.
Understanding of customer experience design.
Experience in high volume transactional solutions.
Demonstrable cross-functional collaboration.
