A successful Graduate Trainee Conduct research, assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible, they also helps in the completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required as well as Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

Their major Job Duties includes:
•Personal development b open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey.
•Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
•Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
•Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
•Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
•Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
OND/HND/BSC in Managerial and customer related course of study.
•Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
•Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, •Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking.
