Job Title: IT Support Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Mode of Work: Hybrid
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, andscanners
Set up accounts for staff, ensuring they educated on how to log in and resolve issues arising
Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults
Monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields with at least 5 years relevant experience required.
Industry-specific IT service certification will be an added advantage
Have a knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting
Have a knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
N120,000 / Month.
