Job Title: Instrumentation and Control Engineer

Job Description
Experience in programmable logic controllers (PLC), distributed control systems (DCS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and advanced process control (APC), SIS, HIMA,
Review of Instrumentation Drawings.
Liaising with contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities
Working co-ordinately with purchasers, the team of engineers, scientists, operational engineers, design engineers, and other internal personnel
Assessing and interpreting data.
Comprehending and ensuring that all operations are performed in compliance with the quality standards as well as safety and health regulations
Managing to complete the project within time and cost-constrained environment
Preparing and approving project specifications, timescales, and budgets with managers / clients
Testing, assessing, calibrating, and modifying instruments/products
Hardware Designing & Implementation for Specialized Control Systems including DCS, SIS & FGS
Understanding of Major Instrumentation being Used and Clarity on the Working Principle
Understands/Able to gather required Information from Customer Specifications (including Functional Requirement Specifications, P&IDs, C&Es, Drawings, Narratives, Philosophies, etc.)
Have carried out System Testing & FAT
Have been involved in Site Works including Installations Supervision, Commissioning & Startups Activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering or in a related field
10+ years of work experience in Instrumentation, Automation & Controls
Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication.
Related experience on Wellhead Facilities including Wellhead Control Panels, Skids, will be an advantage.
