We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Internal Audit
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time
Job Summary

Participate in formulation, design and revision of the Subsidiary’s Inspection strategy
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control activities in line with the overall business goals and objectives

Job Responsibilities 

Develop and executive annual audit plan that addresses the broad range of risks associated with the group operations in provision of assurance to stakeholders.
To provide assurance of the integrity of records by identifying weaknesses and making suitable recommendations.
Conduct full inspection of subsidiaries at least once in a financial year
Conduct spot checks on high risk rated subsidiaries.
Access, analyze and measure risks relating to operational standard
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in line with Policy
Analyze reports and highlight trends and issues for management attention
Optimize audit cost and resources
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements 

First Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related discipline
Postgraduate and/or Professional qualification in accounting e.g. ACA, ACCA
