Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Facility managers are responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Job Description
Please find job description and specification below:

Ensure facilities meet needs of multiple individual projects & monitor facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare and implement annual budget for building use and facility maintenance
Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities & develop and execute system for regular cleaning, repair, and maintenance of facilities.
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, and cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
Responsible for overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.


A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Procurement or related field
Minimum of 2 year of working experience in Facility mgt. or procurement functions.
