The Sweep Pro is a subsidiary brand of Novateur Nigeria. Located at NAIC house, Ground floor Right wing, plot 950 zone AO, central business district, Abuja, Nigeria. We are a dedicated brand aimed at marketing the Sweep Pro mechanical sweeping machine across the continent of Africa at large, starting with Nigeria. This Machinery is quite cheap when compared to its economical value, as well as payment for either manual hard labor or the industrial sweeping van. This machine does quite a wonderful job of cleaning the environment effectively and fast.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Role Overview

The Environmental Services Business Development Executive has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the development of our environmental services business.
This includes working with little to no supervision in the marketing, sales, and operational management of the brand.
You will begin working alone in the early stages but expect that your role would expand to cover the development of a sustainable team to expand the business in a self-sustaining way.

Duties / Functions

Manage the entire marketing, sales, customer, and business lifecycle.
Social media management including but not limited to content generation, creating ads, boosting sales via content marketing, etc.
Prospecting, lead generation, and management including but not limited to logging leads in the company’s business management system, following up with leads, closing, getting referrals, etc.
Providing first-hand customer service across different channels.
Sourcing business, closing deals & sales opportunities,, managing customers accounts, getting x3 referrals from each customer.
Creating proposals, invoices, billing, offers, contracts, and other documentation.
Scheduling meetings, assessments & site visits, customer job delivery scheduling, organizing project execution team, asset management, & maintenance scheduling.
Ongoing documentation of Standard Operating Procedure.
Sourcing products, supply chain management, research, and innovation development..
Any other duties that may be assigned.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

100% Project Completion per 30 days.
Marketing: Lead Generation, Email Marketing, etc (TBC)
Sales: Proposals, Invoices, (TBC)
Business Development: Projects, Contracts, Tenders (TBC)
M&E: OKR Performance (TBC).

Competency Requirements

HND, B.Sc in Environmental Services, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales, business development, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exemplary leadership skills.
Highly Analytical.
Entrepreneurial at heart.

Experience Requirements:

Must have Excellent Communication skills.
Must have very Good Computer knowledge and be Social media savvy.
Excellent writing, speaking, comprehension, interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.
Ability to be proactive, and take ownership and initiative.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles with a clear understanding of sales strategies, market trends, target market, techniques, etc.
Experience meeting sales targets, negotiation, and assertion skills when dealing with clients.
Aggressive
Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills.
Works well under pressure, and with little to no supervision whilst achieving targets.

Reporting Times:

Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Terms:

Minimum of 18 months contract.
Subject to 3 months probationary evaluation on the job at minimum salary band.
3 months' notice before resignation or termination.
Refund of 3 months salary in breach of 1,2,3 above.
Compulsory attendance of induction, quarterly scheduled training, and organization’s yearly retreat.
Self-paced learning of how to use work and productivity tools within the probation period.
Provision of Police report or background check.
Provision of signed guarantor or reference from the previous place of work.
Medical report for frequent sick leave beyond approved limits.
Abide by all organization policies including but not limited to Employee Policy, Information Protection Policy, and ATIT.

Salary: N360,000 – N1,200,000 Annually.
