We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

Experience managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell hair care products to prospective customers or clients.
Explains product’s benefits, features and history to customers
Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, and proof of payment with each logistics partner
Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.

Task:

Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Strict Requirements

Interested candidates should possess at least an SSCE Certificate
No experience needed
Ability to counter customer objections
Ability to upsell and cross-sell
Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.

Salary

N50,000 monthly and additional performance commission.
