Our client is sourcing for a Content Writer and a Social Media Strategist who will create engaging content that converts and helps them continue to reach KPIs, build awareness and understanding, through engaging content on digital channels, develop content for social media, blogs, video, and email.
Collaborate with the creative team for the development of creatives and all promotional material.
They’re looking for a super creative and strong storyteller who will identify, create, and deliver digital content, across channels including websites and social media.

Responsibilities

Creating content for social media and all marketing channels
Community management online
Managing customer reviews and comments
Copywriting for website and app
Writing articles and newsletters.
Create a content strategy for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

First Degree in Communications or related field
2 – 3 years of experience in financial service
Experience creating content on major social media channels
Excellent writing skills.

Competencies:

Ability to translate data into insightful reports and action plans.
Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content.
Ability to write for multiple channels (long-form, social media captions, scripts, etc.)
Experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2B and/or B2C.
Knowledge of paid media campaigns
Understanding of SEO best practices.
