We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communication and Partnership Officer
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
The Communications and Partnership Officer would work directly with the Executive Director to promote the organisation, document institutional learning and build strategic partnerships. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Communications:

Design and implement communications and branding strategies for promoting the organisation.
Coordinate and guide team members responsible for various communications functions.
Collaborate with program teams to customise communication strategies for individual initiatives.
Create and share stories of impact.
Coordinate and prepare content for social media, newsletters, press releases, website and blogs.
Design and implement social media campaigns for different programs of the organisation.
Strengthen the organisation’s branding through various interventions, including but not limited to events, videos, website, and social media.

Partnership:

Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the government, private sector, NGOs, universities and development partners.
Coordinate fundraising through partnership development, grant writing and report writing
Create and manage documentation and database related to partnership development and external relations
Create and implement a strategy to build partnerships with media outfits.
Coordinate learning and networking sessions, including but not limited to webinars, panel discussions, and talk series.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree / HND qualification
Recent graduate and have completed NYSC
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a diverse, team-oriented remote and on-site environment
Strong motivation and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Salary:
N35,000 – N45,000
