Job Title: Commercial Leader (New Products)
What You Will Do
Understand client’s needs and effectively craft and convey the best solution for their unique needs, including the design, planning and execution of the solution globally.
Maintain deep awareness of trends in software development and best practices in distributed work.
Develop dashboards to visualize these metrics both company-wide and function-wide.
Translate business and functional requirements from clients into documented product solutions that drive revenue for the business.
Create system solutions to provide transparency on the availability of our engineers to revenue-driving teams and liaise with recruiters to proactively bolster available talent with in-demand skills.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Talent teams to strategize and execute on the best solution for new products and services.
Develop a deep understanding of engineers currently available, including their technical skillset, prior industry experience, and growth desires, and build strategies in order to ensure data accuracy in current and future systems around engineer profiles, availability, and engagements.
Define and own KPIs to track the health of new products and offerings. Define, own, and be accountable for revenue streams enabled by the solutions designed. Create solutions to help the business own resourcing logistics and matchmaking on all engagements (new and upsells), while providing insight into the process to relevant teams.
Represent the company and the Business Unit in internal and external communication with companies and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Computer Engineering or related fields plus 5 years of professional experience working in a technology environment, focusing on solution design, architecture, or proposal creation.
Must also have experience in the following: 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing, operationally focused role interacting with mid- to senior-level technology executives;
4 years of professional experience applying knowledge of digital technologies and ecosystems (including mobile, web, cloud, and data);
3 years of professional experience leading distributed teams of software engineers;
3 years of professional experience using software development processes, testing methodologies, or deployment processes; and
3 years of professional experience coordinating simultaneous work streams.
