Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Matori, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The BDM will research and identify new business opportunities; strategize and initiate advisory services to stakeholders.
Establish new strategies for tracking new business opportunities
Engage and manage new and existing client portfolios
Up to date on market research to identify new business opportunities from different sectors.
Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
Ensure the existence of a cordial relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and present tenders to new clients; ensuring that contract reviews are initiated when required.
Maintaining consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and predict clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contractand ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines; provide feedback and after-sales support
Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or any related discipline.
2-3 years relevant work experience.
Experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication skills and IT fluency
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiating skills.
Project management skills.
Proven experience as a BDM in a servicing company.
Preferably Male for gender balance.
N1,200,000 / Annum+ Commission on every contract
