Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase company revenue and profitability, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3 – 11 years work experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as required.

N350,000 – N600,000 monthly
