Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt – Rivers, Uyo – Akwa Ibom, Asaba – Delta, Owerri – Imo, Aba – Abia, Enugu, Onitsha – Anambra, Abeokuta – Ogun, Benin – Edo, Calabar – Cross River, Bayelsa, Makurdi – Benue, Abakiliki – Ebonyi, Osogbo – Osun, Akure – Ondo, Ado-Ekiti – Ekiti, Ibadan – Oyo, Lokoja – Kogi, Ilorin – Kwara, Lafia – Nasarawa & Lagos

Reports To: Business Development Manager.
Job Summary

We are looking to hire Area Sales Managers for several locations across Nigeria.
We need people with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and have superb interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a sales role is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Generating sales leads and ensuring a high rate of conversion.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals/KPIs.
Develop and drive implementation of sales strategies locally.
Ensure that technical and customer service standards are upheld throughout the region.
Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager and other key senior leadership at the company; prepare periodic reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and Promoting company programs with clients.
Managing client accounts including maintaining client records, answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Strong track record in establishing systems, structures, and KPIs, and driving both revenue and profitability.
Passionate about being a part of the Green Energy journey with a growing company.
A change agent, excited about continuous improvement and not content with maintaining status quo.

Salary
Very attractive (plus commissions).
