Job Description

Work with clients to understand brief determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed
Create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, by assessing space requirements.
Determine the best furniture placement, and select decorative items, while adhering to relevant building code.
Prepare sketches or other visual aids to present designs to client.
Consult with client to select materials, furnishings, and décor
Discuss designs with clients for approval and production.
Prepare detailed drawings for production.
Follow design trends and developments.
Study, research and plan various styles of furniture design.
Prepare product prices and job quotation

Skills / Requirements

B.Sc. in Architecture, Fine Arts or any relevant fields.
Must be an expert in graphic design and video capturing
Must be proficient in use of CAD software. Creating sketches and drawings of new designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dsmax, Revit, Archi cad
Must have good creative ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work for long hours
Physically fit to lift up to 15lbs when necessary
Must be able to distinguish between colors
Must be attentive to detail
Must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
