The www.justjobsng.com website (hereinafter referred as “Website”) is owned and operated by Justjobs in Nigeria (hereinafter referred as “Company” or “we,” or “us”)
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects and processes the Personal Data of its Users through the use of the website, whether a User is merely a visitor or uses it as a customer.
We consider it of prime importance that you read, understand and assimilate the contents of this Privacy Policy so that you will be sufficiently aware of how your Personal Data will be used.  Hence we earnestly encourage you to read this Privacy Policy along with any other privacy notice (hereinafter referred as “Additional Privacy Notice”) we may provide from time to time. In case of any inconsistency between the terms of this Policy and the terms of the Additional Privacy Notice, the Additional Privacy Notice shall prevail.

Non-Personal data is collected in order to understand User preferences and behaviour so that improved services can be provided to Users.  Such Aggregated Data is not considered Personal Data since this type of data does not directly or indirectly reveal a person’s identity.

Our Company may use Non-Personal Data submitted by users for all purposes that law does not prohibit and for the specific purposes of enhancing user experience.

4.2.1	We collect Personal Data for creating user accounts, curating job alerts and providing promotional offers for users.  This would mean sharing user data with third party service providers in order to display targeted advertisements pertaining to services offered by our Company. These advertisements are intended to connect job seekers with employers and vice-versa. Users seeking to opt out of marketing messages from us may unsubscribe by clicking on the emails or send us a email at ____.

4.2.2 	We provide users with relevant search results and recommend jobs that are suitable to a job seeker.  We may use Personal Data from user’s profiles in order to curate their user experience by suggesting content as per their preferences.

4.2.3	Contact information like e-mail address, telephone numbers, fax etc. are submitted by users on the Website so that they are contactable if a need arises. 

4.2.4	Resumes may contain important Personal Data like date of birth, nationality, etc.  Our Terms of Use permitted us to forward resume of job seekers to prospective employers and their agents subject however to our right to demand fees for providing access to resumes of job seekers.

4.2.5  Users’ information pertaining to credit or debit card payment on the Website or other payment methods and relevant information will be used by the Company for processing the payment. For instance, the four digits at the end of credit card numbers saved by users. This information will need to be shared with third parties like payment processers in order to process the orders and serve users successfully.
5. 	Duration of storage of data
	Personal Data will normally be stored on our servers for such period as is reasonably necessary for providing our services.  In the event that the Personal Data is reasonably outdated so as to be unfit for the purposes for which it is stored, the Company may at it’s sole discretion delete such Personal Data unless there is a legal requirement to store Personal Data for a longer period.

Data aggregation is normally carried out by usage of cookies or any other tracking technologies so that user preferences and behaviour can be adequately determined. 	7.1	Our Company follows strict technical and administrative protocols to ensure protection of Personal Data. These protocols are in line with the best Industry Standards.  However, while no effort is spared to ensure that your Personal Data is protected,  it may be noted that there is no complete guarantee that all transactions are absolutely secure.  There could be limitations of security and privacy beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Hence, users acknowledge that the security, integrity and privacy of data cannot entirely be guaranteed. 
	7.2	Our Company has drafted specific procedures to deal with a possible instance of Personal Data breach. These procedures lay down specific steps to ensure that we take all necessary steps to notify you of the breach as required by law.
	7.3	In the event that a breach is known to the user, the user should take all steps to mitigate the breach.  The user should simultaneously keep the company informed about the breach so that the Company is able to act along with the user or singly in order to limit, remedy or eliminate the risk arising from the breach.

	Links to third-party services are operated by third parties. These third parties, like LinkedIn and such other website like applications, social media links, locations etc use their own cookies and other tracking technologies.  Users are advised to study the privacy policies of these third parties before accessing the links provided by them on our website and before sharing any Personal Data with these third parties.
	
10. 	California Privacy Rights
	User who are residents of California have the right to request information pertaining to the Company’s disclosure of personal information, as defined by the California Shine the Light Act to third parties. 11. 	Marketing
	Our Company uses Personal Data to forward information about various services provided by us. Users may choose to unsubscribe from our marketing e-mails by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in any promotional e-mails.
12. 	Changes to this Privacy Policy
	This Policy may be amended from time to time.  All amendments will be notified to the users in due course both on the website and through an email.  Users continued usage of our website post the notifications will be deemed an acceptance of the amended terms of this Policy. 
13.	Minors and children
	Our website is meant for job seekers and employers, and is therefore not intended for use by minors and children under the age of 18 years. Our Company does not solicit Personal Data from users under the age of 13. Our website does not knowingly allow such persons to register to use our Website. Our website will delete all data as statutorily mandated, if in case the Company learns about the collection of Personal Data of any child under the age of 13.
